Past Tense is known as the Tension Blend or the Relaxation Blend I can't say enough about Past Tense. It is often my saviour, as I suffer a lot of head, neck and jaw tension. It actually teaches your body how to be calm and relaxed. Past Tense helps you release fears that cause tension. It's a must if you're stressed, overworked or fatigued.
