Clary Calm

Image
Where would I be without my Clary Calm? I always have Clary Calm on hand but I accidentally let myself run out last week and I have noticed such a difference not having it for a week. I cannot wait for my order to get here. I use it every morning on my lower abdomen area. Sometimes twice a day if I'm feeling stressed or struggling with hormonal issues. It's the best oil for your worst week. Clary Calm is so soothing and calming. It helps with cramping and balances your mood. It makes me feel happy and calmer. You can order Clary Calm here  and read what doTERRA says about Clary Calm here . Fractionated Coconut Oil

Image
This is the only carrier oil I use.  It's so light and moisturising but not the least bit greasy on your skin. Fractionated Coconut Oil is an absorbent carrier oil that helps to increase essential oil distribution while leaving your skin feeling smooth and soft.  It won't stain your clothes or sheets.  It's colourless, odourless and non-greasy.  It can be used to moisturise your skin on its own. It  won't clog your pores and lessens sensitivity from the oils. Fractionated Coconut Oil is very stable and has a virtually indefinite shelf life with no rancidity issues. FCO has had the long-chain fatty acids removed which keeps the oil in liquid form at all temperatures. FCO is great for removing makeup. Because of the way it is processed, FCO is high in caprylic acid which is antiseptic, disinfectant and antifungal. I use FCO in all my blends. You can buy FCO here  and read what doTERRA says about their FCO here . I love my FCO 💛💛 Thank...

Ginger Essential Oil

Image
Ginger Essential Oil Ginger is the oil of Empowerment. Most of us know that ginger helps with nausea and motion sickness, but did you know that it's also good for muscle pain, spasms and cramps? It helps with loss of appetite, also memory and brain support. It is helpful for reflux and balancing hormones and blood sugar. Ginger helps with feelings of powerlessness and believing everything is outside of our control. It empowers you to take responsibility for your life and stop waiting for outside circumstances to change.  It addresses patterns of victim mentality and helps those who constantly blame others for their misfortune. Ginger is also often used in cooking. That's pretty impressive for one bottle of oil. You can order your Ginger Oil here  and read what doTERRA says about Ginger Oil here . However, if you would like to sign up for a wholesale account (no obligations - order when and if you like) and get 25% discount, you can contact me. See below. ...

Peppermint Oil. The best oil for travelling.

Image
Peppermint oil is the perfect oil to travel with. I keep ours in the console. On our 10 hour drive home recently,  I used it to massage into hubby's neck and shoulders to relieve discomfort as he drove. I put drops on wooden pegs clipped onto the air con vents (we don't have a car diffuser yet) as peppermint oil is good for mental focus and boosts energy naturally. I took a drop under my tongue when we stopped in a small town and I started sneezing and getting itchy eyes. Fixed it within minutes. I also put a dot on my lip when I felt a cold sore coming on. Stopped it in its tracks. You can use it on your tummy for motion sickness or reduce hunger cravings Use on your temples and back of neck to ease headaches It's a natural bug repellant Relieves sunburn Soothes itches and skin irritations It even freshens your breath Of course, it's not only good for travelling.  I use it every day at home too. It also smells delicious. I diffuse it almost every morni...
