doTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) Explained
Whether you are doing doTERRA as a business or to get wholesale pricing on orders for yourself and your family, you will want to be using the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) for its awesome advantages. You will get even greater savings and more benefits, like a FREE monthly product.

On the Loyalty Rewards Program, you earn product purchase credits that can be used as cash to purchase doTERRA Products. You can start redeeming the product's credits that accrue 60 days after enrolling. The longer you participate, the more points you can earn. When you first join doTERRA you receive 10% of your total monthly Loyalty Rewards Purchases. This percentage increases every 3 months until you are receiving 30% after 13 months (but only while you participate in LRP).
Every doTERRA product is assigned a certain Point Value (PV). For example, if you order one bottle of black pepper and one of cinnamon bark at wholesale price, it will cost you $57.50 and is worth 52 PV. If that is all you order for the month and you are in say, your 4th month, you will get 15% of the PV to redeem on products the following month.
You also get 100% of your shipping reimbursed in product credits when you place an LRP order online.
doTERRA also gives you a free product every month if your LRP order is 125 PV or higher (this must be in one order) and the order is placed between the 1st and the 15th of the month. Because doTERRA operates on U.S. dates, I always place mine between the 3rd and the15th to be on the safe side.
Once you start sharing the oils you will be receiving orders and if you are like me and start replacing products you use in your home already with doTERRA products, like doTERRA concentrated cleaner, supplements, moisturiser, body lotion etc. you will have no problem ordering 125 PV or more every month.
When you do your LRP order it will automatically set up an autoshipment for the same products to be sent on the same date the following month. You can change this order at any time up to 24 hours before the shipping date. You can also change the date you want the order shipped. Next time you do an order you can click on this LRP order and edit it or you can create another. Just remember that these orders will be autoshipped the following month. doTERRA will send a reminder email a couple of days before the shipping date.
To earn points and keep progressing along in the percentage that you earn, a minimum monthly LRP of 50 PV has to be placed. However, if you don't have any orders from people and cannot place an order for that amount, by placing an order for 1PV you hold your points previously accrued and will not lose them.
When you have started sponsoring people and have your own team you will need to keep a monthly 100PV LRP order at all times to receive your commission and bonuses. We can discuss this more if you are looking at sponsoring people.
Your points will expire 12 months from the date they were issued. the renewal fee is $25 and you receive a free bottle of peppermint.
Reward points can be used to purchase full PV products only.
You cannot accumulate PV from redemption orders.
Cost is $3 to process a points redemption order.
You can opt out of the Loyalty Rewards Program anytime you like by calling doTERRA or through online chat. They will help you redeem any remaining points as the points will disappear when you are not on the Loyalty Rewards Program. If you cancel your LRP order, you'll start back at 10% rewards whenever you resume consistent LRP order purchasing.
I have been on the LRP since I joined doTERRA and have received the free product every month. It's exciting waiting to hear, on the first of every month, what it will be. I am now at a point where I get my monthly order and more, free.

- Minimum monthly Loyalty Rewards order of 50 PV to earn points
- Points go into your account after the 15th of the next month
- Orders with a minimum of 1 PV to stay where you are and hold your points
- 125 PV (in one order) and placed before the 15th to receive free product of the month (POM)
- No maximum monthly points accumulation limit
- Reward points expire 12 months from the date of issue
- Reward points can be used to purchase full PV products only
- Reward points can be redeemed in your shopping cart
- Redemption orders have no PV
- A redemption fee of $3, applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges will apply
- Must be an LRP participant for 60 days before reward points can be redeemed
- All reward points and percentage will be immediately cancelled with LRP cancellation
- Reward points have no cash redemption value and are non-transferable
- Cancellation of LRP order must take place over the phone or through Live Chat
