Black Pepper helps with cravings if you are quitting smoking. Dip toothpicks into the oil and carry them with you. Put one in your mouth each time you get a craving.
If you have a nana nap and wake feeling worse than before you slept, put black pepper on the bottom of your feet to wake you up.
Use with a carrier oil to massage after exercise to soothe sore muscles.
Add to meat and soups to enhance flavour and aid in digestion.
Take a couple of drops internally in a veggie capsule for circulation and/or antioxidant support.
Diffuse with juniper berry oil and cedarwood oil when you need to de-stress and relax.
